You also agree:

Reliance on information posted: This site is for informational purposes only and VerifiedRandom.org is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party, arising from any reliance placed on the site or its features. We offer no guarantee expressed or implied as to how long a verification code will remain verifiable via our /verify feature.
By accessing and using the site you agree to indemnify and hold VerifiedRandom.org, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, managers, members, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
By breaching the Prohibited Uses set out in these Terms of Use, you may be guilty of a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing relevant information to them. In addition, where we reasonably believe that a publication by you of results that we provide to you contains any distortion, manipulation, or misrepresentation, we may take such steps as we deem necessary in order to protect us, the integrity of the Site and our other users. Notwithstanding any such steps, in the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately without further notice to you.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

The responses described in this section are not limited, and we may take any other action we deem reasonably appropriate.
United States courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, these terms of use. The failure of VerifiedRandom.org to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constituent a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance.
If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed invalid, unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be severed from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining previsions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
